Venture Beyond
Beyond Group was founded in 2023 by Jaakko Niskanen, a Finnish curious mind and serial entrepreneur. Having studied Finance and real estate economics, his previous larger venture was to found Finland’s third largest apartment investor, JOO Kodit.
Beyond brand is a platform for new ventures within real estate scene. Launching first, in autumn 2024, is Beyond Holidays, an adventurous brand for holiday accommodations in Finnish Lapland.

Beyond Holidays is an easy and reliable way to spend your arctic stay, maximising pleasure from both nature and accommodation. Launching in the winter season 2024-2025, beyond holidays is offering its first lodging opportunities in the beautiful Levi Fell in the Finnish Lapland.
